The biography is in English but still fun.😀 My happy soul hops from deep to peak but in the meantime I try to catch and feel the happy flow in the tiny things.
Exactly… that cup of coffee, a moment of rest, time for myself (hurray!), doing something that makes me happy…
It doesn’t have to be huge, mega special… something small can also grab the feeling, the happy, the wonder.
